More Packing
I had no problems roller blading today, although I started off much more tired than I usually am. I didn’t get any poker in today, as between running errands around campus town, roller blading, and packing I don’t know where the day went. I guess I wont be playing until Monday.
I’m heading to my dad’s tomorrow morning, apparently the river is still too high to do anything on, so I guess I’ll just be going to there to drink beer. Still fun just not very productive.
I pretty much did all the packing I could do given the amount of boxes I have right now. I started in the bedroom and threw out 1 whole trash bag, working on a 2nd, and packed up 4 paper boxes with crap from in there. On top of that I also filled up my huge suitcase with my clothes from my closet and filled another garbage bag with select long sleeve clothes that I don’t plan on wearing for a while.
Even after all that I still have to pack up all my other clothes, which is stuff that I wear on a daily basis and is quite a lot. I could probably fit it all in 2 garbage bags but I pretty much have to wait until next week until I put that stuff away. That, and I need to go out and buy more boxes from Menards/Home Depot/Lowes. Last time I moved I bought the super large and unable to carry boxes that I don’t think I’ll do again this time. However I might actually spend the extra few dollars and get less boxes but are more manageable.
The bedroom though has the most small stuff to be put in boxes, followed by the dishware in the kitchen and then the bathroom.
