5) Showers: My mom’s place has no shower, bathtub only.


4) Non-microwavable Popcorn: I can’t stand that microwave bull shit that tastes like cardboard


3) Its cold: Sure, my mom has AC but she keeps it much warmer than I like it; I still have to run fan at night to keep cool while I sleep.


2) HDTV: My mom has the worst cable package in history; I’m lucky she got TBS. My apartment though has a nice 37″ flat screen with HDTV, and I can go on my laptop while watching too.


1) My Cell Phone!!: Yep, its charged and working, how have I gone 9 days without it?

These last two days have felt completely useless, because I’ve done absolutely nothing productive. The only thing remotely +EV that I’ve done is datamine FTP each day for 20,000 hands total.


Do I hate money? I have no idea, considering the fact that if I don’t play any poker then I can’t make any money. Kavin is coming over tomorrow to either dual 2/4 NL on Stars 9 tabling or he’ll play 100 NL and I’ll play 400 NL. Either way it doesn’t matter to me.


If we don’t dual session, then I’d love to get in 1000 hands on my own and I might go ahead and do that when I get up. Tonight I’m going to watch Burn Notice and maybe go to bed early.

I spent the rest of the day playing Guitar Hero 3, and my hands were real tired afterwords. I think as a whole I played GH3 for 5 hours yesterday, and I wonder where my time went.


I did datamine all day on FTP, totaling about 10,000 hands overall, probably 1/2 of all the hands that were played yesterday at the 400 NL level. I did consistently check the tables to see if I could find any but nothing really took my interest. I never searched Stars though.


In between GH3 sessions I put in American History X for my mom as she has never seen it. My brother only has a select few non-horror films and I think my mom and I have exhausted his library over the past 3 nights.


Otherwise it was a lazy night, I watched another episode of Highlander and then went to bed. I was going to watch Burn Notice but I might wait until I get back in Champaign so I can watch it in HD. Also, watching BN that late at night would only rile me up and I probably wouldn’t be able to fall asleep.
